Hello! I am Emma and I am very proud to be part of the fantastic Boogie Beat Team, working in and around the Cheltenham area. I live in Winchcombe with my husband and two daughters, Sofia and Freya.
I have many years of experience working with children, as a Primary School Teacher and within nursery school environments. I took a short break from teaching after having my first daughter, but after having my second daughter I soon felt the magnetic pull to work with children again! Boogie Beat is the perfect opportunity for this, I have SO much fun working with all the children I meet and I absolutely love meeting so many children in so many childcare settings. It is the perfect balance as a working Mummy!
I have recently started introducing Boogie Beat to local Care Homes. This has been an absolute revelation for me: incredibly rewarding, enjoyable and quite emotional too! Seeing the residents faces light up when the children come in is fabulous, and I always leave with the feeling that the children and I have bought joy to all the care home residents. A wonderful feeling.
My Boogie Beat classes and workshops are full of fun and excitement, and your children will always leave my Boogie Beat sessions with great big smiles!
I am a very keen reader and love reading stories to my girls, so bringing stories to life is the perfect job for me 🙂
